It’s possible to sit through sermons, read Scripture, and even agree with it… yet remain unchanged.
In this message, we’re challenged to close the gap between what we know and how we live.
Here are the three key truths from this message:
Growth doesn’t happen when you hear something new. It happens when you obey something you already know. Hearing the truth makes you informed. Doing truth makes you transformed.
When you honestly engage with God’s Word, it exposes things like: attitudes you thought were “normal” but are actually pride, anger you justified but is actually sin, compromises you excused but are actually disobedience.
God’s commands don’t exist to control you—they exist to: protect you from self-destruction, guide you into what is good and true, and align your life with how you were designed to live.
You’ve heard the truth. You’ve seen yourself in it.
Now the question is, what will you do with it?
Because once God reveals something to you, you can’t pretend you didn’t see it.
Lord, help us not just to hear Your Word, but to live it. Give us the courage to obey, even in the small things.
